So in one of the less successful campaigns in advertising history, the International House of Pancakes (a family breakfast eating classic usually referred to as IHOP) decided to enter the burger wars and try to capture more of the lunch crowd by blasting a major campaign highlighting them changing their name to IHOB and "flipping the P" -- this lasted all of about two weeks until the outcry and ridicule was too much and they retreated appropriately with egg (and hashbrowns) on their face to their original name.

A little mirror image homage to this
Marketeers do sometimes get it wayyyy wrong. I'd never heard of this before.
