( A catalonian term that denotes those who carry a blunderbuss) They were catalonian or aragonese soldiers that fought against french during the Spanish Independence War (1804-1814) equiped with blunderbuss and many centuries later forming part of the opening acts of the Sant Antoni Neighborhood Festivity.
I've been interested in photography since time ago. I like street photography, airplane photography, candid and many other.

@joansmor@teodw Oh shush you two and get back in the kitchen ;-) This looks like an interesting event and you had a good day for it. Are these antique blunderbusses or modern replicas?
@joansmor haha. Many of us grown playing to cops and thieves. But in the other side wearing or having firearms in spain is not popular. You need to pass pshychic aptitude exam and get a license from authorities. Manly only hunters, guns lovers, guns sportsmen get. ;)
@teodw thank you. I'm glad to see how a dangerous piece turns to a innoncent festive act. @vignouse thank you very much. Honestly last year I took better photos than this one. I didn't mind about to ask about the nature of blunderbusses. But I thought that they probably are replicas. An original one with more than 200 years of history could be expensive and probably dangerous to his owner ;)
