Citroën 2CV

An iconic car for decades with a simple engine design, two steam horses, air cooled. Here in Spain it become very popular as Seat 600, raising free many people. When I was a child, I got fascinated about its shifting gear placed on dashboard.
What an interesting and colorful array of vintage cars.

Ah, the 2cheveaux! (Or "duck" as we called it in Germany). Miss those here in the US.

Being a deux.cheveaux driver for years the gear change was one of its many delights! Having four doors and an open roof helped when transporting netball teams to matches, removable seats for picnics and movable windscreen for ventilation!
The front car in this impressive line up is a 'Dianne' which is a different model!

Great photo. I live in France so I still see plenty of these.

@pennystot you are right. I didn't caught on that :) I only see here sometimes on our roads or being driven by farmers on small village still doing field work. As Renault 4, off course, another work horse for rural environment

Nice colorful street scenes. Are all these cars Citroens? To my novice eye they look very similar--at least, all the tops do.
