This looks like a baby cardinal perched on the tomato cage under our birdfeeder. This birdfeeder is made out of a former sailboat mast. My husband just converted a little bit of the grass next to the sidewalk into a small tomato patch. He moved the birdfeeder closer to the house to make it easier to mow the lawn around it.
