I photographed the very photogenic church service this morning. Here's the description from the UUCA web page:
"Sunday, July 31, 10 a.m. Our worship service will feature musicians and speakers from the Unitarian Universalist Musicians Network (UUMN). This North American organization for UU musicians is holding its annual conference at our church this year. Music Director Bob Griffith, Children's Choir Director Bea Ann Philips, and other members of this professional group of musicians will celebrate music in a variety of ways. Anchoring the service will be the 200 voice Conference Choir singing several inspiring and uplifting choral works."
I took many shots of the woman with the red flower in her hair. She's beautiful and very expressive. This service was clearly very moving for her (also for the audience but her expressions showed emotions more than many others).
The highlight for me was the postlude, "Take me to the Water". The whole audience was moving and clapping. They received a standing ovation and played an encore.
