I had to drive to Costco twice yesterday. The first time their power was off so they closed the store. The second time it was raining. I took this on the when I was almost home, stopped at a traffic light. The canoe is still on the roof from my husband's trip to the Northern Neck last weekend. The humidity is returning--you can see the window starting to fog near the windshield wipers.
I took a few shots of tail lights reflecting on puddles before I left the Costco parking lot. And when I was photographing raindrops on orange shopping carts , one man asked me, "Why would you want a picture of THAT?" I probably would have used that shopping cart photo if the DOF had been right. It's harder to get it right on my pocket camera than my SLR.
