I've been immersing myself in yoga this week. Through Yoga Month (Sept), I got a free week at the Sacred Well Yoga Studio in Falls Church. I'm learning a lot and feel very grounded. During a restorative class Friday evening I noticed the light reflecting on the wall and had to photograph it before I left the studio. I had trouble deciding between several variations.
