When I heard the prediction for snow today, I decided not to bike a century after all, but I didn't really think it would snow. Certainly not this close to D.C. And even after I saw the first flakes mixing with the rain, I never thought there would be accumulation. It was beautiful, thick, full-bodied snow, In October!
This morning, I expected to use the photos of my husband refereeing soccer in the freezing cold rain. But I didn't even load those images on the computer. There is no competition with snow.
