One of the other English teachers at my school is very proud of his natural beard and enjoys playing Santa Claus. He posed for a photo in the hallway outside our classrooms, but the setting didn't work (high school lockers). I did a cutout and replaced the background with a gradient and used the layer effects to put a shadow behind him. I am still not feeling like it is a finished image, but wanted to share how great he looks in his Satan outfit.
