Singing Ship

The Singing Ship at Emu Park, Qld, Australia, is a monument to Cpt. James Cook's 'discovery' and naming of Keppel Bay in May, 1770. It was erected 200 years later, but was showing signs of wear today with a break in the pipes. It can sound really haunting when the wind is up.

When I saw the pic without reading the post...I knew it was from Emu Park. Stayed at Kinka Beach and visited the surrounding areas late 2009.
