When I reached this gate there was a large lamb caught in it by a noisy dog barking. I managed to get through the gate and get between the lamb and the dog. The dog eventually ran off up the hill and the lamb felt safe enough to come out - but then stupid lamb followed the dog up the hill! A few minutes later I met a man and asked him if he had lost a dog - he had - I informed him of what the dog had done. Fortunately the lamb was ok - but there are some very irresponsible dog owners around.
