A guided walk at Balnranald Nature reserve with the warden. The RSPB is working with the crofters to preserve the Machair. A 4 year programme - 2 years growing crop 2 years fallow. It is relatively easy to spot which of the 2 years fallow the particular strip of machair is in given the varieties of flower which are growing at the time.
