Today while our road has been closed for road resurfacing the heavens opened. Thunder and lightning came. The "temporary" fix for our landline and broadband yesterday became very temporary. We will have to wait upto 10 working days for Openreach to apply to the local council to dig up the pavement outside our house to sort out the problem they caused when they dug up the pavement to replace the wiring. How daft is that? Meanwhile we are without a landline and only intermittant broadband. Hey ho!
