....otherwise known as coconut teacakes (biscuit base, covered in marshmallow, with a jam centre, all covered in chocolate and coconut).

Is the marshmallow slightly green or have you twiddled the colour! It goes with the chocolate bit of course. We have those here with white marshmallow inside - totally decadent!
