Our Post Office was broken into about 3 weeks ago and we've had no mail since then. Today, we finally got the Federal approval to distribute mail from the school until the official investigation is completed. So now the villagers come to us to pick up - no mail delivery up here. At least we teachers don't have to walk far!! Sometimes, ya just gotta laugh!
Wow! Your lifestyle up there in Alaska fascinates me! It's so different.....and so beautifully scenic! I Can't wait to go there next year. So excited!!!!! Hope your post returns to some normality soon!
