I used to look out the classroom window and exclaim to my 2nd graders that "Oh, WOW! Today it's my favorite flavor of snow! LOOK! It's Strawberry Snow!" They'd look at me strangely but half believe me. They're too old for that now, but they still smile. :-) (This is from the back porch of our school.)
@milaniet Thank you, Milanie! Currently I have a 5th/6th grade class. The 6th graders have been with me since 2nd grade. I got the 5th graders last year. (I love "looping" with my kids.) @wendyfrost Thank you, Wendy! @seattlite Thanks for the kind words and your fav, Gloria. I appreciate it.
@linjoyce Thank you, Lin! @yrhenwr Thank you, David. Sadly, no, it's just as cold! @scotthouston You are WAY too kind! Thank you very much. @skipt07 Many thanks. I appreciate it very much! @theboxmanreturns Wow - thank so much for fav & follow!
@jetr I think I would have loved the idea of looping - taught 4th most of my years, but went up to 5th with one group and loved having them twice and seeing their growth.
It's beautiful light!
