Surprise!

Well...you never know what to expect with "Springtime in Alaska." It's not "40 below" as the Johnny Horton song would have you believe, but this was my view as I stepped out the door this morning! But we're not worried. We're tough! And we've heard that the river has begun breaking up a little north of us, so it'll be happening any day now. Apologies for not doing any posts lately. We've got 6 days of school left and I'm a crazy woman right now! I'll be back soon. :-)
