Unusual Sight

At this time of year it rarely gets warm enough for icicles to form! These stopped me in my tracks.

@shepherdman Right now it’s -7F & windchill = -21F. (-22/-29 C!!) So, yes, +32/0 would be relatively warm! LOL!
