Less dramatically: I am on a public transit ferry going across the harbour from Halifax to Dartmouth. I'm not sure how long people have been referring to Dartmouth as the Dark Side, but I love it. I may end up making this trip 5X per week, so I think it is valid to include in my 'I am' series.
I'm currently situated in Victoria, having previously lived in Beijing, Halifax, Chilliwack, Calgary, Vancouver and growing up in Northwestern Ontario. My aim with photography is...
I'm going to have to fav this. There's something dark and ominous looking about it, which I like. The fact that you can only see the back of these guys is intensely creepy, and so, for some reason, is their placement - which I know you didn't compose, but still cool. Kind of Stephen King novel cover'ish.
Soooo awesome Janna! The lighting and composition is fabulous...love the red shirt as an interest point and the way you've processed the photo gives it an eerie feeling! Fav!
I love the tones, the way the seats look, the head and shoulders and the sad feel. Don't most serial killers wear lumber jackets? Fav...most definitely!
