My favourite bike (historical category). by jgoldrup

My favourite bike (historical category).

We had cooperative weather at the Cruise for Crohn's fundraiser this year. Over 160 bikers participated and over $8000 was raised. The bike highlighted in the photo is military-issue and saw action in World War II. It has most of its original 1942 parts!
This is so awesome! I love how one bike is featured!

wow this is so cool, the blurred part has a very vintage photo feel, then the focused part features a vintage bike. Very nice!

That's a lot of bikers in one place. Best not to crack any biker jokes.

Love the isolation processing you did, makes that sucker POP off the page

HAHAHA! "The place was silly with leather" - priceless tag :) You know they still make old motorcycles just like that one in Russia. I've big plans to get one and ride from somewhere dull to somewhere significant in the loosely-defined future. They're made by Dnepr and Zac Braff was riding one in 'Garden State' (2004).

@brizmako ~ Didn't know that. Your loosely-defined plans to get one sound good. I saw that movie, but don't remember any particulars. Have you seen One Week (Joshua Jackson)? It's about a motorcycle journey across Canada....lots of cheesy Canadiana bits, but still good, I thought.

@jgoldrup I havent even heard of it, Janna. Isn't that the Dawson's Creek kid? No the other one.

@brizmako ~ Yep, Pacey (sp?). Maybe it stayed indie.

Great isolation on this one and One Week is good. It was in wide release but didn't last long.
