Tourists ♥ Poutine.

Hmm...this keeps trying to upload with horizontal orientation. Oh well. Our server at the fru fru restaurant was very honest; when I asked her why this was called Dessert Poutine, she said it was for the sake of tourists. Pineapple instead of french fries, etc. Tasted better than this photo looks. This will be a 'before' edit; 'after' edit will be done once I get Lightroom. ;)

@chewyteeth ~ Not 'poutine chips' - just poutine. Poutine = french fries, cheese curds and 'sauce' (a gravy-type substance). It was alt + 3, but I had to use the 3 on my numerical pad on the right side to get it to work. There's probably another way to do it w/o the numeric keypad...
