For the 2 hour trip to the desert nomad camp the previous afternoon, I rode a camel. On the way back the next morning, I rode a camel for about 5 minutes and then walked the rest of the way. It's not a super comfortable ride. The rider-less camel at the far left of the shot was mine. Dark-coloured camels are native to Morocco, blonde ones are not. And they are actually dromedaries (one hump), but everyone just called them camels.
