@shutterbug49 It's an old piece of bulseye glass, looking into a clothing shop. It's made by hand-blowing the glass to produce a pane (or a number of panes, when cut),. The centre bit (where it was attached to the blowing tube) was the cheapest piece of glass. It produces an interesting distortion (and reflection).

Glorious! I know exactly what this is, but not the location! I have photographed similar in Brighton, a few years back!
