I haven't a clue what this is but it's growing prolifically on a garden wall nearby and just shouted at me to have its photo taken! The flowers are quite tiny. Maybe someone could enlighten me.

Yes a lovely splash of colour. I think June is half right - it looks like a sedum which comes from the stonecrop family. I think House Leeks are different.
@june@janek Thanks - it does look like a sedum now you mention it! I've got some house leeks in my garden and they're quite a bit bigger. I loved the delicacy of these flowers.

Lookas like a sedum .. sometimes known as house leeks becuaese they will even grow on the roofs of housees .
