Every time the sprinklers come on I'm looking for a photo op. Today the light looked really nice coming through the water. The husband thinks I've done enough sprinkler shots and it's time to move on.
@caseyrybeck I am into macro, but wasn't until I started this project. I bought a macro lens and have used it for almost every shot since I got it. I think the hardest part of macro is getting the focus right, especially hand held as the focus shifts so easily. Most of the things I have shot in macro are moving also so it's really tricky, most shots are not quite sharp enough but I am getting there, using manual focus a lot more. The great thing about macro is when you don't think you can find anything to shoot have a hunt around with the macro lens and something always turns up. I have a canon 100mm L macro lens which I absolutely love, fav lens of the moment. So my advice is get into it is so much fun.
@maree_sanderson Thanks so much for all the lovely comments and favs, and for the follow. The Macro lens is pretty special, since getting it I have used it everyday for all sorts of shots, worth every cent (which was a lots of cents!)
