OH...so many good things about this...the light (coming in from rear right?) just perfectly lights this lovely little face and her hair...and the movement of the hair..and the position in the frame...and the amount of light on the gentleman which shows him but doesn't take from the highlighting of the lovely child...just beautiful.. and glad you chose b&w.
