This is very interesting! If it was my picture I would crop in to remove the reference to green bits and the bit above the water line. Then remove the sides and bottom making it very abstract. It is the sort of picture I would take and love abstracting it further. Of course it is your image, and as I always say, I hope you don't mind my critique?
