The second of three, much ridiculed, crazy new bus shelters funded by a grant fron the South Downs National Park. A couple of hours earlier, the rain must have been blowing in sideways! But for me the sun was shining AGAIN.
I was scrolling fast down my new pics page when I spotted this and my mind quickly flashed up 'discarded picnic hamper'. I'll bet there will be some sarky remarks on F Book and in the Hampshire Chronicle.
@maggiemae I'll look at the makers plaque next time I go by. They are actually very strongly built, and have been especially designed! They look to me as if they let the rain in.
@davidrobinson There have been many comments. Our MP is due to make a statement about them, not in The House, but in the next edition of the Alresford "Forum" magazine.
