Thanks JackieR @30pics4jackiesdiamond for telling us about The Emsworth Lob-Star Pot Christmas Tree outside the Emsworth Slipper Sailing Club.
I had to use flash as there were no lights around and it was getting ridiculously dark for 4pm.

Fairy lights? The ones on the tree were lit I think.

Now looking g can see lights working from top to bottom. They kept going out!
