Mile upon mile of stacked teak logs waiting for their boat transport on the Irrawaddy River for the trip south to the coast. Teak logging on this scale would possibly have been illegal in other countries. This was just after dawn on a hot and dusty day's boat journey from Bagan to Mandalay.
