Angels' Cookie Bakery

In Germany we say "the angels are baking cookies" if the sky looks like that. It often looks like that in winter, when the sun rises late. I see it on my way to the bus then (like today) and really often take a photo. :D

Oh, tell me more about that story! I have a tin ornament that shows cookies being baked in heaven and I couldn't quite figure out what that meant.
