A nicer place to swim than in front of a World Heritage Site?
We stay in Gard dèpartement and so we definitely had to visit the Pont du Gard, an old aquaduct from the ancient Romans. Very impressive! The weather was nice and so we joined many people swimming in the Gard river - totally refreshing!
My mum got me a waterproof case for my iPhone and I found this was the perfect place to experiment with it - always wanted to take a picture which was half under and half over water. And could've been there a better place than this? Sadly, you can't see clearly in the water. I should try it again in the pool.

Ah yep i do remember how hot it can get over there. This is good stuff- even though the water's blurred it's still a very interesting photo as you focus on the bridge and the difference in colour between the lake and sky
