Sorry Danbo, but our teachers didn't introduce is into the new school year slowly - they already gave us a bunch of homework in the 1st week of school! :(
My friend who was here the whole weekend just went home and so my homework time was pretty limited plus I was skyping with @flauschigerkeks because we already didn't understand the first tasks of the year... this term is gonna be fun :D
But now I'm done (yay) and can enjoy the 1st game of the Spanish season for my favourite (soccer) team - FC Barcelona♥ against the Elche CF which starts at 9pm. Good luck guys! :)
I see the World Cup has created a new soccer fan! Nice calculator, btw. /sigh The only class in high school where I was allowed to use a calculator was physics.
@kannafoot Haha I don't know, I've always been a soccer fan but mostly national teams... This world cup I found a couple of favourite players who I find really sympathic (especially Lionel Messi, the captain of Argentina) and for some reason or another they all play for the FC Barcelona. I didn't have a fav team yet so this season I go with them ;D
And I guess every pupil in Europe, America, probably also Australia has this calculator, right? We are luckily allowed to use it in Maths too :)
@justaspark What math are you taking this year? In the US, your class would be taking either Algebra or Geometry (depending on the school system's sequence of math classes.)
@kannafoot In Germany there's only one math class where we do all kinds but currently we do Geometry... Not sure if you can choose from grade 10 up but I can tell you next year :D
