Gooey Deliciousness

I'm an equal opportunity egg lover, so while I thoroughly enjoyed this soft boiled awesomeness, I also quite happily enjoy my eggs poached, over-easy, hard boiled, scrambled, sunny side up, and maybe even deviled.

The Five Plus Two theme is "My Favorite Things" this week... I hate to say this is my second food-related entry, perhaps I need to think outside of that box...

love the egg cup but i find it hard to see the toast texture...looks dark on my screen...makes me want a boiled egg actually...pity we have pasta for tea tonight....
