my dad built two canoes when we were children and some of our best days out were with them. I can canoe - but I never saw such wonderful sunrise from a canoe or from the water's edge. Such amazing colour I can hardly believe it. Don't blame you for not sleeping. I might even be tempted to get up for this!!!
