Winter Greenery

In odd little spots in D.C. and Virginia in January, one can find patches of green plant growth that could pass for Summer. Here's an example next to the South Interior Building in Washington, D.C.
Lovely capture, it does look like a completely different season.

@ladymagpie Thank you, Heather. I find it interesting that photography can be deceptive. One would never know that it was a cold, even a little blustery, day from this photo.
