@rytoonz We're much too wedded to breakfast foods in this country. Feel free to add olives, but perhaps not to your breakfast cereal. I brought home a sample of some these pictured olives and they're very tasty.
@deborahortiz Thanks, Debbie. I brought home some of the bright green ones. A man there told me they are the favorite snacking olive in Greece. Now that I've tried them I can see why.
@deniseindy Thank you, Denise. I'm glad you like it. The other shoppers probably thought it a little odd that I was taking photos of the olive bar, but we photographers must be inured to an occasional disapproving glance to capture the best photos, right?
@pauliek Thanks, Paulette. I actually arrived on a busy Friday evening. I was glad to get this shot without hands reaching in to dish olives into containers. :)
@jsw0109 I'm glad this photo was an olive revelation for you, Jeff. :) On the visit to Whole Foods when I took this photo, I learned that the bright green olives that are pictured way in the back left corner are the favorite snacking olive in Greece. I took some home to try and I can understand why the whole country of Greece loves them. They're so tasty.
@khawbecker I'm going to have to find out where there is a Whole Foods withing driving distance. I think there is one about an hour away. I'd drive an hour for good olives
