@eyesmile I've worked in D.C. for over twenty years in a office that is a couple blocks away and I have never gone inside the Washington Monument. Can you believe that? I need to remedy that. It's time to add a photo from the top on my 365 project, I think.

You have managed to capture the monument on numerous occasions and never the same appearance twice! IN this one the stark whiteness (beigeness?) of the Monument versus the gray, threatening clouds and the beautiful blue sky above them. Gorgeous! Faved!
