Nicely seen against the green distant tree! I was surprised how much DC was late in the turning leaves category today. Looks like you're getting them in northern Virginia as we are in central Maryland.
@sbolden Thanks, Scott! I agree that the trees in D.C. are behind schedule. However, this tree was an outlier. I found it in Lafayette Park across from the White House this afternoon.
