Ten Thousand Steps

My brother-in-law sent me a weekend warrior challenge on my Fitbit. Off I went on a mega-photo walk in Prince William Forest Park. This photo captured my efforts well. I currently stand at 12,232 steps.

@maggiemae Thanks, Maggiemae. The Fitbit measures step numbers, but not heart rate. It's a great pedometer that syncs with a smart phone, so you can compete with friends.
