R & K's excellent adventure has arrived in New Mexico. This was taken on the road between Durango, CO, and Taos, NM. It is untouched by processing. The sky is really that color, and there was not a cloud to be seen.
If it was July, it would be baking hot, but yesterday was actually a bit chilly in the desert. I had on fleece and jeans. No snakes to be seen, but I wouldn't have wanted to get far off the highway without boots. It's rattlesnake country.
