Beat the Reaper_

Clay Kirkland is an amazing musician. He takes the harmonica to a level you would not believe is possible. This is from his eighth annual Beat the Reaper concert, celebrating his victory over cancer. He was surrounded by a group of equally incredible musicians. We estimated that there was probably 400 years of experience on the stage at the end of the evening! BTW, my guitar teacher is wearing the light hat in the upper corner.
Ahh, I see you are a follower of musical fun! This is great. I'm always amazed to see so much talent. (And wishing I were one of them!)

These guys are all pros with some fascinating stories to tell. I was in awe of the talent and history on that stage...and rocking out in my seat!

@carolyns Oh yes...still working at becoming a guitar goddess. :-) I'm having a lot of fun. Still rocking after all these years. There is so much good music in Colorado. I am so lucky to have access to these wonderful and talented folks.

@tremerryn I saw Clay tonight and told him that you had looked him up. I had class tonight with Citrus, the fellow in the white hat. They are both so talented and great people besides.
