Denver is an interesting mixture of late nineteenth century and very modern, although we would seem very new to anyone in the eastern part of the US or Europe and Great Britain. By your standards, we have no history at all! The clock tower is a landmark on the 16th St. Mall, which runs down the center of Downtown, and it is a favorite subject for photographers.
