Gnocchi! Somewhere along the way my son tried gnocchi and fell in love with it. Since we were stuck inside during a cold winter day, we decided to make them from scratch. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Yes, a bit time-consuming, but fun to make. Our favorite way to enjoy them is with pesto sauce.
