I have thoroughly enjoyed an 8 week course run in conjunction with the two organisations above. "Make Well: Health & Healing Through Green Crafts". The group were whittling away in the fresh air. I am no artist but found myself producing this charcoal sketch. I just sat there without thinking and came up with this. I was chuffed! I have learnt new skills and felt useful.
