Put a new suet bird feeder out - took the silver eyes 2 days to finish it! They come in a flock of about 30 or more, and flit around in the Pittosporums behind the feeder. Then they flit on and off the feeder. I eventually took some video of them as they are constantly moving and it's really hard to get a decent photograph with all the movement.
@cazann Thanks Caz. They are such fun to watch - this feeder is outside my kitchen window, so I watch it a lot. I could stand for hours watching them jumping on and off the feeder and making plenty of noise. So enjoyable.
@julzmaioro Most of my pictures have at least one or two blurred birds flying on or off the feeder. They are constantly moving around and jockeying for the best position!!
