Candle glow

An attempt at mundane candles, from my couch. Shame about spilling the hot wax - oops! Anyone have any tips on how to get wax off carpet?

First ice and scrape then absorbent paper towel and a hot iron to absorb the rest.

newspaper over the wax, hot iron, change paper frequently.

@swilde @bill_fe thanks. Am pleased to report that the hot iron and paper towels worked a treat. 365ers help not just with comments on photos! I will be more careful next time;)
