Wow - Its hard to believe we have married for 44 years today - and no I am not going to put up a pic of how we look now in comparison! Back then there was only B&W wedding photography and not so sharp but just look at those sideburns! and the wedding cake which was iced by my talented mother-in- law, the late Beryl Bull. The top tier was all filigree icing. Despite some tough times I still believe in marriage - and us.

Many congratulations. Your mother-in-law made a really beautiful cake. My dad ordered our cake as a surprise and it came in the shape of a soccer ball with a male and female dressed in Manchester United colours on the top - my husband had a tear in his eye because he is a massive Man Utd fan!
