This iconic 44-foot, five ton Keeper of the Plains steeel sculpture of a Native American chief pays tribute to the Native Americans who made the area their home before the arrival of Europeans settlers.
We were lucky to be there just in time to visit the Mid-American All Indian Museum before the fires were lit. Awesome evening and we negotiated our own way home without getting lost!
