I took this so I could find my way back over the sand dunes here at Agnes Water. That didn't work! I missed the right pathway and walked quite a few extra steps in the blazing sun, then backtracked and finally hauled my arthritic knees up this slippery sandy slope. Quite an adventure from which I needed a cold beer to help me recover. The chained planks are there to prevent further erosion of the sand dunes however I think my knees have eroded a little more as a result.
